We are not responsible if your refund/SE fails. Its on you to complete it. No refund are given incase of a failure.

We are not responsible for any issues caused by a courier. As we have no control of the package after a shipment is done.

Labels crossing multiple borders (international shipments) do not come with any refund/replacement warranty due to many factors we cannot control.
Such as customs, import duties & stricter control.

We will not help with your refund/SE. Do not open a ticket about what/how you should use this service.

Packages are shipped daily. Please allow up to 48h before the status being updated.

Pre-edited labels are not accepted.

All deposits to our website are final.
